Summary: The webinar summarises the key messages of an evaluation on Finland's contribution to promoting gender equality and women’s and girls’ rights. The evaluation employed an adapted Outcome Harvesting approach and had a strong learning emphasis, aiming to help Finland to further improve its gender policies and programming, to better follow up on itts gender policy priorities, and to develop a new gender Theory of Change.
