The OM Learning and Exchange brought together 22 participants for a training and knowledge sharing event to explore the value Outcome Mapping can add to planning, monitoring and evaluation in complex programmes.
It took place place in Bangkok, Thailand, from 30 April to 2 May, 2018. The event was organised by the OMLC and hosted by RECOFTC.Three members of the OMLC Stewards group facilitated the event - Mariam Smith, Jeph Mathias and Simon Hearn. It included a day introducing Outcome Mapping, including a 'market place' presenting different applications of OM, a day on using OM for monitoring and learning, and a day on Outcome Harvesting for use-focused evaluation.
